Shipping & Return Policy

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check it's status. Please allow 48 hrs for the tracking number to become available.

If you haven't received your order within five (5) business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Thebest@HeatSweetSauce.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

*Does not include processing time. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after they've been placed.

We accept returns up to three (3) business days after delivery, if the product is unused and in it's original condition. Upon approval we will refund the full amount minus the shipping and restocking fee of $3.75 for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at "Thebest@Heatsweetsauce.com" with your order number and photo of item condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.

International shipping rates vary by territory. $9.00 Flat rate US domestic shipping.
